Refund Policy
At Urban Shade, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or video showing the defect

• A short description of the issue
  Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund for the defective item.
  We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/color choices.
